🌪️ Godot/GLSL

Godot LBM Wind Simulation

A real-time 3D wind simulation using the Lattice Boltzmann Method (LBM), implemented entirely on the GPU via Godot's RenderingDevice compute shaders. Wind data is stored in a 3D texture and consumed by material shaders and particle systems with no CPU readback.

Engine & Stack
Godot 4.6 (Vulkan/Forward+), GDScript, GLSL compute shaders, RenderingDevice API
Grid & Boundaries
64×32×64, D3Q19, TRT collision — Wetnode edges, Bounce-back terrain
